About ZULI
The ZULI meadery is in Warmia, in the protected landscape of the Central Łyna Valley, far away from hustle and commotion. It’s a place of wild nature and captivating landscapes. Here, it seems almost impossible that every place you visit can be even more beautiful than the previous one. The meadery is built on a hill above the river – it perfectly harmonizes with nature. It is also the location of the apiary, where nearly 500 bee families collect the most recognized honeys. The meadery and apiary are inseparable. By contributing to maintain the local ecosystem, the pollinators – over 20 million bees – provide golden honey for creating unique beverages. A unique honey from the unique flora of Warmia.

A Family Affair
At Zuli, fascination with bees and mead-making is a family heritage. The family has been quietly composing unique meads for generations, collected in the cellars of private homes. These were enjoyed at family gatherings, at just the right time. The meads, just like a family, take time to mature and personal dedication at every stage – from breeding of the queen bees, to the bottle on the store shelf.

In Harmony With Nature
At ZULI, beverages are crafted in harmony with the nature and soul of Warmia. They are composed with only natural, simple ingredients. Honey is the main ingredient and it comes from ZULI’s own apiaries. They respect seasons: variations of beekeeping seasons; the arrangement of bees; the occurrence of honeydew; and the availability of honey varieties. Meads
Real, traditional meads. Naturally matured by aging. From dry to semi-sweet to sweet. Fruity, maiden (without additives), herbal and spicy.
Ciders
Artisanal ciders crafted from selected apple varieties. The harvest of fresh apples is collected at the source, ZULI’s own old local orchards. Fermented in the bottle using traditional methods. From savory to sweet, they are sweetened with honey from ZULI’s own apiary.
Session meads
Melarya (mel, Latin: honey) is a session mead – a naturally fermented, sparkling drink made from bee honey. It is a Polish tradition known for centuries, cultivated in generations of beekeeper families such as ours. Fresh, refreshing and surprisingly drinkable.
Bee products
Honey, bee pollen and bee bread come directly from the hives. From ZULI’s hives. They come from migratory apiaries that are maintained using only ecological methods in accordance with the author’s code. Natural, cold packed, and bioactive.
