In our small, family-run meadery, we are dedicated to the art of craftsmanship, striving to create unique and exceptional flavor compositions. Our meads are made exclusively from natural ingredients – without artificial flavors, colorants, or unnecessary additives.

The primary source of sugars, which ferment into alcohol in our meads, is always honey. If we use more honey than necessary to achieve the desired alcohol content, the resulting beverage becomes sweeter. This sweetness can be further enhanced or balanced by the addition of fruits, spices, and other ingredients.
